CHOOSE LANGUAGE
The LSP method facilitates thinking, communication, and the solving of complex problems in organizations and teams, as well as at the individual level. LSP is based on extensive and numerous research studies from the fields of business and management, organizational development, psychology, learning, neurolinguistics, and neuroscience. Key contributions include the research of professors Johan Roos and Bart Victor, and well-known theories such as Constructionism (S. Papert) and the theory of Flow (M. Csikszentmihalyi).
Recent academic research demonstrates that LSP:
The training is configured as a learning experience through a methodology used to explore and manage problems and challenges in real-time, based on scientific studies and research in different areas of management, business strategy, organizational development, psychology, neuroscience, and learning. This experience is facilitated by a global community of facilitators trained in the methodology, with over 10 years of experience worldwide, and by the Global Serious Games Institute in collaboration with universities from various countries.
LSP is a process where the outcomes and impact are directly linked to the quality of facilitation. Therefore, our aim is to provide the facilitator with the understanding and confidence necessary to design and facilitate workshops that can generate long-term impact for the participants, as well as contribute to their skill development.
