Since 2016, a group of highly experienced facilitators from several countries of Europe and South America have joined forces with the aim of expanding the uses of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.
The years spent in the field designing and facilitating thousands of workshops around the world with people, teams and organisations of all sizes and markets have revealed the characteristics and limitations of the LSP versions developed to date.
With the aim of evolving the use of the method, this group of experts started to develop a comprehensive and adaptable application system.
This journey of learning and growth reached a milestone in 2023 with the SYSTEM version of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.
Not wanting to stop only at the evolutionary and development phase of this new version and believing deeply in the validity and benefits that every serious game brings, the Global Serious Games Institute was born.
The Global Serious Games Institute promotes and encourages research and development in the use of serious games for the full and complete expression of the potential of human systems.
It fosters and nurtures an inclusive and open international community of trainers and facilitators working around the world to disseminate the methodology to the highest standards of application.
