We train facilitators in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.
GSGi Statement
At GSGi, we believe that facilitating means creating the proper space for transformation to occur — in teams, in organizations, and in every person.
We use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method as a starting point. But the real work begins when we are present, listen attentively, and trust what emerges — without shortcuts or rigid formulas.
Facilitating is not just applying a method. It is reading the group. Sensing the moment. It is asking questions that unlock. It is listening to what is said — and to what is left unsaid. It is guiding without controlling. It is trusting the process more than the agenda.
At GSGi, we train facilitators who live the process. People who practice intentional listening, who question themselves, and who learn while they guide.
More than a certification, we believe in a learning experience that is alive, stimulating, and deeply human.
We don’t just train professionals. We cultivate presence. We create spaces where thought becomes tangible. Where clarity is built, certainties are challenged, and space is opened for what is yet to be born.
Because facilitating is this:
Not providing answers, but opening pathways.
Play is serious business.
And it starts within you.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® was already showing its potential, but we knew there was much more to explore. With thousands of workshops conducted and constant feedback, we decided to evolve the method.

In 2016, a group of passionate facilitators with a revolutionary vision came together to do much more than apply a simple method. The time had come to transform the way people think, create, and collaborate.

Thus, a more flexible and dynamic approach was born: the SYSTEM, an evolution of LSP created in collaboration with Cocoon Pro, which brought greater humanity, depth, and adaptability to the process.

In 2023, we officially founded the Global Serious Games Institute (GSGi). We didn't want to create just a training program. We wanted to create a true space for transformation.

GSGi goes beyond the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method: it is about training facilitators with presence, authenticity, and courage to unlock human potential through the power of play.
This is not playing with LEGO®. It is thinking with your hands.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a structured and collaborative method to unlock thinking, generate meaningful conversations, and build impactful solutions — visually, as a group, and with your hands.
Here, ideas take shape. Every person builds what they think, feel, and imagine. And by building, they discover connections, meanings, and possibilities that do not emerge through words alone.
